Before the light disappears, the story continues.
For an artist who has spent years building worlds through illustration, a first solo exhibition marks an important milestone.
WHERE LIGHT ENDS is the first solo exhibition by illustrator DINO.
More than a presentation of selected works, the exhibition brings together DINO’s ongoing exploration of characters, light, atmosphere, emotion, and visual storytelling — offering audiences a more complete view of the artistic language he has developed over time.
Where Light Ends
The title itself reflects the distinctive atmosphere found throughout DINO’s work.
In his illustrations, light is rarely used simply to illuminate a character. It may enter through a window, emerge from a city at night, fade into the last moments of dusk, or come from a space that cannot be clearly defined.
The characters remain quietly within these scenes, as if something has already happened — or as if the real story is about to begin.
Rather than presenting a complete narrative, DINO often leaves room for interpretation. A glance, a beam of light, the distance between two figures, or even the empty space within a composition can become part of the story.
It is this sense of restraint that gives his characters a quiet emotional realism, despite their existence within an illustrated world.
WHERE LIGHT ENDS brings these elements together in a single exhibition for the first time. It is not only a collection of finished works, but also a reflection of the process through which DINO’s visual identity has gradually taken shape.
From Screen to Physical Space
Digital illustration is most often experienced through phones, computers, and social media.
But when an artwork is printed, framed, and presented physically at a scale closer to the artist’s original intention, the viewing experience changes completely.
Composition, distance between characters, subtle layers of light and shadow, and details that can easily be overlooked on a screen become much more visible.
This is one of the most meaningful aspects of a solo exhibition: allowing works that originally existed in a digital space to become physical objects that can be viewed, experienced, and collected.
For DINO, WHERE LIGHT ENDS also represents an important step from digital illustration toward presenting his work in a dedicated art exhibition context.
DINO × FANCOLLER
As a collaborative partner for this project, FANCOLLER is proud to take part in the presentation and development of collectible works related to DINO’s first solo exhibition, WHERE LIGHT ENDS.
We have always believed that exceptional illustration deserves a life beyond the screen.
When an artwork is carefully reproduced through the right paper, printing process, scale, and presentation, it can take on an entirely different presence as a physical object.
In connection with the exhibition, DINO and FANCOLLER have developed a selection of art collectibles, including limited-edition art prints, publications, and related artist products based on works featured in the exhibition.
Selected pieces are produced in strictly limited quantities in order to preserve their individuality and significance as collectibles.
This process is about more than simply printing an image.
From artwork selection and dimensions to paper, color reproduction, and final presentation, every decision is guided by one question:
How can the collector experience the work as closely as possible to the way the artist intended it to be seen?
A First Exhibition — and a New Beginning
A first solo exhibition is rarely an ending.
More often, it marks the beginning of something new.
WHERE LIGHT ENDS brings together works created across different moments in DINO’s artistic journey, allowing us to see more clearly the visual world that continues to take shape through his work.
Light may eventually reach its boundary.
But beyond that boundary, another story is already beginning.

FANCOLLER is honored to be part of this journey, and we look forward to bringing more of DINO’s work to collectors around the world.
